Offering some of the most scenic horseback riding trails in the State of Arizona, Kohl's  Stables, located  at Kohl's Ranch on Hwy. 260, is open to the public and offers a variety of horseback riding adventures!  Professional guides will take you on trails of breathtaking scenery while telling you about the abundant plant and animal life found along the way.  As you ride amongst the tall pines,  breathe the fresh mountain air and listen to the soothing sounds of Tonto Creek, you will be regaled with tales of the colorful history of the area.  Take in the rugged mountains, view the cascading waterfalls....and get back to nature.

Kohl's Stables offers one, two or three hour rides in the mountains or along the creek.  A half day ride is also available and will traverse a trail to Horton Springs (bring your own lunch).  All rides are a casual walking pace, but the half day ride can include some cantering and trotting if requested.
